PrimePrivacyPhones offers customer support for all the devices sold through our platform. If you encounter any issues with the device, please contact us at info@primeprivacy.shop. Since our devices are modified, they may not be eligible for the manufacturer’s warranty. However, PrimePrivacyPhones provides its own warranty covering defects in material or workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of purchase.
