Return Procedure

  • Initiating a Return:To begin the return process, contact us at info@PrimePrivacy.shop with your order number, the item(s) you intend to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Inspection: Our team will thoroughly inspect the returned item upon receipt. The device should be in its original, resellable condition, including all accessories and packaging. Please note that any damage to the device, missing components, or signs of use may result in a partial or no refund.
  • Refund Process:If your return is approved following the inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Conditions

  • The device must be returned in a "like-new," resellable condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Any signs of wear and tear may disqualify the device from a full refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the device arrived damaged or not as described.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns. All sales are final for these items.
  • We will not accept the return if the device has any software or hardware alterations.
