For now, we only ship within Switzerland to ensure quick and reliable delivery. We are working diligently to expand our shipping zones and hope to provide international shipping soon.
All PrimePrivacyPhones orders are shipped via Swiss Post, with a signature required upon delivery. This ensures your package never falls into the wrong hands.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 2-5 business days. We'll provide a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
We charge a flat rate of CHF 15 for all orders. This cost covers handling, packaging and tracked shipping.
If you miss your delivery, Swiss Post will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup from a nearby post office.
